As Winter approaches we find ourselves busy with ritual work again. Its great to see the lodge active and thriving. I think everyone has been doing a great job in welcoming newcomers to our lodge. The Stated Meeting Dinner and Lodge Breakfast are great tools for getting to know potential members and expanding our own friendships. Lets keep this up and continue to have fun doing it.
This years Annual Communication (Grand Lodge) was a great success! We had plenty of brothers and their families from all over the state and world attend. We had several recommendations and resolutions that were hot topics this year. You can log on to the Grand Lodge’s website to see the results at www.freemason.org or give one of your officers a call and we can fill you in.
November brings us a time of thanks. I would like to
thank my lodge brothers, ladies and families for all the support you give us. I want to extend my best wishes to everyone and wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.
Please mark your calendar for our annual elections on
November 12th. The Annual Installation of 2015 Officers is on December 13th, at 2 p.m. I look forward to seeing you there!
Fraternally, Paul Cary, Senior Warden
To all our Brothers this month. We extend our Best Wishes for every happiness on your birthday and every day throughout the coming year.
No new projects are in the works at the present time.
Brother Bob Jackson has redone the rental agreements and procedures for our building. Wor. Jim Poindexter has posted a copy on the bulletin board, please read this information as soon as you can.
The Hall Board is still looking for a Building
Maintenance Manager, if you are interested or need more information; please call Tom Tompkins.
Wor. Jim Poindexter has done an admirable job in
keeping our Masonic Center in great shape. We need to ensure that it stays that way when he leaves his building maintenance manager position this coming January.

Frozen Turkeys Needed! November is upon us and our biggest project of the year is here. Our food and turkey drive for the Sunrise Food Locker. Help me make this another wonderful successful event. Your food and frozen turkey donations are desperately needed to help feed those in our Citrus Heights neighborhood. All donations stay within our area and are so badly needed. Please help the Lodge with your donation. We will take food, checks, cash or whatever works for you. You can call me or our Master or Senior Warden. WE WILL COME PICK UP YOUR DONATION if you cannot get it to the Lodge. We will be looking to get the frozen turkeys anywhere from Nov 12th till Nov 26th. Won’t you please help us out?
The November 12th Stated Meeting Dinner will be prepared by the Ben Ali Shrine Keystone Cops.
Please see “What’s for Dinner?” Below. Remember, RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST!!!!
