All member Master Masons in good standing, whose dues are paid, or have been remitted for 2013 are entitled to vote.
At the November Stated Meeting, the membership will be voting to fill three Director positions on the Board. The Board will hold their Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday November 6, 2013. At the Annual Meeting the Board will review the accomplishments of the year, decide on any further Capital projects that can be completed before the end of the year, determine if there are any excess funds to transfer to the Lodge for Investment and I will be appointing a nominating committee to present a panel of officers for election at the first meeting in January.
The Board President elected to manage the corporation in 2014 will be looking for a new Building Maintenance Manager. The Manager does not have to be a Board Member, just someone who has the willingness, time and ability to manage the Custodial and Yard Maintenance contract, repair or see that needed repairs are made, purchase and keep in stock janitorial items and a few other items that are listed in Job Description for the Manager.
