From the EastBrethren, our 2014 Crab Feed was a great success. A huge thank you to Wor. Don Bagley, P.M. for heading the Crab Feed up and thanks to all of you who bought tickets and contributed auction gifts for the event. Your participation is greatly appreciated. Thanks also to Wor. Willie Seirer, P.M., our auctioneer. Congratulations to Brothers Joseph Igbinadolor, Jeffery Potts and Amadeo Romero, who have been elected to membership by affiliation. Our Sweetheart Dinner is on Saturday, February 15th. The widows of Harding San Juan Lodge (Harding San Juan Belles) will be our special guests. Junior Warden Chuck Oldes has a list of those Belles who wish to attend and need transportation. Please call Chuck if you can escort one of our special Belles. Notice: Enclosed with this Trestleboard is a Consent Form which we hope all members will sign and return to our Lodge Secretary. Due to privacy protection legislation that was passed at Grand Lodge we can no longer list any member’s name or other personal information in our Trestleboard unless we have the written consent of such member. Please read the Grand Master’s Memo on the next page. We have already removed the Birthdays and Masonic Anniversaries in partial compliance until we start receiving your consent forms. Watch this Trestleboard for events and news about you and your Lodge! Fraternally, Tom Angello, Master From the WestGreetings Brethren, Ladies, Family & Friends! Lets welcome Bro. Anthony Hodges, and Bro. Maxford Harry to the fraternity! They were initiated an Entered Apprentice Mason in January. We already have another candidate/applicant for degrees that will be balloted on at the February Stated meeting. Several Brothers are still working hard on getting ready to take their proficiencies. So get ready for an exciting year of degree conferrals. I want to stress how important it is to attend our degrees. The impression the candidate receives relies heavily on the quality of the degree work performed by the officer line, as well as, the number of brothers we have supporting the candidates introduction and progress through our ancient fraternity. We all took a pledge to support this wonderful lodge and fraternity and I hope that each of you can find some time in your busy schedule to devote to this task.
