Please Read Below before making a RSVP

Brethren and guests are kindly reminded that meal planning is based upon received RSVPs. Those arriving without an RSVP cannot be assured of a meal, as quantities are prepared in advance. Should additional portions be available, a $5 surcharge will apply for those without a prior reservation.

To assist the Lodge in planning and purchasing food for our Stated Meeting dinners, reservations must be canceled no later than 5:00 PM on the Saturday preceding the meeting.

Members and guests who make a reservation and do not attend, or who fail to cancel by the stated deadline, will be responsible for the cost of the reserved meal and may be billed accordingly.

Individuals who repeatedly fail to honor reservations may be required to prepay for future meals or may have their reservation privileges limited at the discretion of the Lodge.
